Most of my implements shipped without issue. And, I like all of them. But, they did misplace 1/3 of an order. At first, it was difficult to assure them that I hadn't received all 3 units. And after I finally convinced them it was an incomplete shipment by using my manifest invoice and the shipment weight, it took more than another week to locate their implement before they would even ok the 3 day wait for my refund. But, I am still very happy with their products and service. I have another purchase coming from them in June.
