The web site said items were in stock, they weren’t. There were 4 major parts which were all delivered separately over a month, the rack was delivered. A week later one fork, about 2 weeks after that the second fork (which was incomplete) a week after that the hay spikes were delivered. I called a total of 4 times and was told everything from the item in stock, they just arrived at the warehouse to the were back order. I finally got member email that said the back ordered items we in. Regarding one fork that was incomplete I call the salesperson was understanding. He said Titan was out of stock on the locking clip and offered a refund. He refunded the cost of t by e clip plus shipp and referred me to eBay. I followed the link, found my clip and ordered it. Of course you know they sent the wrong part.
