Everybody I dealt with was great, the pipe layer I bought seems to be very well built. My only criticism is that a nut wand washer were missing because they came lose and fell out of a hole in the box. I would suggest small parts be put in a bag and taped to the implement. My local hardware store does not carry the same size bolts.
