My new mower was delivered but the crate was damaged, the machine had only minor scratches, not a big deal. This first email I got said the machine was going to arrive on Wednesday, I had a machine dropped off with forks and it did not show up, same on Thursday, finally it came on Friday afternoon. Cost of machine to unload was 3 times what it should have been if the information was correct.
Ups freight needs to get their act together.
The machine looks and works great.
