Outstanding service on the part of Titan. The person who assisted me in my order was terrific and very friendly. Titan dealt with me as a valued customer. However, I ordered the wrong unit. This was my fault. And the shipping company was terrible, promising a delivery on one day but not coming. I had to call. They told me my order was lost, then told me it was found. It was finally delivered later than promised. I was very unhappy with the shipping company but very happy with Titan.
