The unit arrived much later than I thought it would, at more than two weeks after it shipped. I got notices from UPS Freight every day that it would be delivered that day, but it took more than two weeks. I did get a call the day before it was delivered that it would come the following day. Next, there was no manual, assembly instructions or paperwork except for a thank you card. Nuts and bolts had come loose and were luckily in the bubble wrap. Last, the unit came with no pads for the feet, just slick plates.
