Titan’s marketing, web presence and product selection are excellent, US sales and offshore customer support are very good. Current improvement opportunities exist in order fullfillment - moving products to customers after purchase in like new condition. Pandemic related delays have lingered longer than reasonable for Titan, and FedEx as their chosen partner. Waited 12 business days until delivery of damaged packages with minor paint scratches to implements - worse, half the order was missing and it took several calls and emails to resolve this through offshore support and FedEx. Yesterday completed the delivery of all items with no compensation by Titan but many apologies from their kind staff. Duration from purchase to delivery was 21 calendar days, distance covered from distribution center was 83 miles.
