I finally got the bolt I needed to complete my March order. After almost 80 emails and phone calls, the order ic done. Everyone in customer service was kind and understanding while trying to help. I think the problem has to do with communication with the shipping department to get the parts I needed properly packed and and labeled with the proper address.
