I had a question about the two items that I ordered and was not able to speak to anyone about it. Instead I got a CSR (offshore) that did not know anything about the items and was not able to answer any questions, the only thing he knew was how to authorize a return for both which I then decided to return the items. I know that it is very expensive to ship these heavy items and I am still in for market for two three point quick attache items. I don't think having someone in customer service who does not even know the products is a good idea.
