I ordered a set of pallet forks which arrived quickly. The headache rack looked like it was drug behind the truck due to the thin cardboard garbage it was shipped in. Titan sent another headache rack that I explicitly asked to be packaged better. New rack arrived in the same garbage cardboard and 1 hole for the hitch pin wasn't cut all the way out. In my opinion titan products are less expensive for a reason.
