I ordered 2 items one of which was on backorder. There was a glitch in receiving the item that was on backorder. It came in stock at the time I was told it would but my order was not sent. I followed up with a representative and it took another week before something was done. Then there was another delay because my address was changed by someone at your facility. When it finally was straightened out I did receive my order. If all of these delays with the second item had not occurred I would have rated you a strong "5".
