Titan personnel were great, but shipping sucked. Tracking said that my attachment was coming in on Wednesday between 12:30 and 4:30. Waited around until 5:00 and decided to call freight company. They said my part was still on the dock but they could set up a delivery for the next day ( Thursday) between 12:30 and 4:30. I waited until 5:00 Thursday and called - at which time they said they only deliver to my area on Wednesdays. I received the part the following Wednesday at 5:30. Kind of frustrating,but I was glad to finally get it.
