Service was fast and initially, all seemed well. Per the product description below it was supposed to come with both 2.0" and a 2.5" bolt on receiver plates. After calling and telling customer service that I was missing the large 2.5" they re-sent and I now have 3 of the 2.0" plates and still no 2.5".
