Forks work once all the pieces arrive. Shipping Carrier turned delivery into a 3-day event, spaced over a week's timeframe. No instructions about how to assemble the forks but once you have all the pieces you will see there is only one space to mount or remove the forks from the frame. Adjusting fork width is very tight but should loosen with use. Minimal usage so far but they do the job. Only four stars due to TITAN's poor choice of shipping contractor. Should be the EX shipper
