I had called to cancel one piece of my order and since I didn’t call 20 min after I found my mistake and I had to wait for it to ship and then cancel it. I was told multiple times that a rep would just reroute it for me. I didn’t trust it and called anyway. The reps did nothing and I receive the order and now I am have to set up a pick up. Doesn’t sound like a massive deal but when you are told repeatedly that someone is going to do their job and nothing happens, it because the customers job to rectify the situation.
