received quick hitch missing pin, bent latch handle and paint scrapes
yes I could source the pin locally but why would I not receive what I have already paid for
the latch is functional it can be straightened the paint issue is acceptable from shipping
I hope these issues will suggest an update to shipping procedures
a little bubble wrap and/or stretch wrap would solve this problem
