I thought the email updates were excellent. Packaging was a real issue. When the attachment showed up, the box was very tattered with metal showing through the holes. The inside part was wire tied to the main unit, the ties broke and the part was bouncing around inside the package. I was considering returning it due to all the scuffs and dings. I did take pictures I could send you.
