I ordered 3 quick hitch bushing sets. They were packed separately in 3 different 4” x 5-1/2” boxes with 3 different shipping labels. Tracking showed 2 were shipped and 1 was never picked up. I received the 2 shipped within days of ordering. When I called customer service, I was told that courier had the package, despite telling them that tracking showed it was never picked up. I was told I would have to wait one week and they would ship a replacement, if the original order was not received in the meantime. After waiting 2 weeks, I called them, was promptly told the package was never picked up by the courier, and a replacement would be shipped. The replacement arrived within 48 hours. I have ordered several other things from Titan and they are all good quality and what I expected the product to be. From being ordered to being received has never been more than 72 hours, the incident above being the only exception.
