Had a very bad shipping experience. Either something didn't come with all it's parts or I was sent the wrong item. It took me several days and many phone calls to resolve the problem. I had to ship a large item back because small pieces were not available. I was told that my lost item was not available and to go buy it somewhere else. Two days later I received it? I selected a 3 not because the equipment I purchased wasn't great because it is. But trying to solve a small problem turned out to be a huge issue to fix.
