The package arrived with no problems, a post trimmer. Assembly was straightforward. Should have included two Bolts one for the pivot and another for transport.
Using it was a bit tricky speed is the key and space away from the post is critical for the best cut. I think leaving the string out another 1/2 inch could help. You also need to round off the edges before you insert the string or it may hang up and not come out the other side.
