Unfortunately, my product is not usable, as the axel is too short to put both wheels on it without hitting the frame. If I try to force the wheels on, they wouldn't turn, because they would be tightly pressed against the frame. I have requested replacement parts, and hopefully, they will arrive today, but it is very disappointing that there is even a need to do this. I do understand that defects happen, but I'd expect that QA would have caught this. I truly hope that the replacement parts work! ***UPDATED REVIEW*** The replacement part arrived yesterday, and it was noticeably larger than the original axel. I was able to install it, and the wheels fit perfectly this time. Now I just need the opportunity to use it now that it's raining today! :-) It does seem to be a well-built product, and I do look forward to putting it to use. Unfortunately, I initially had a negative experience, but I am still looking forward to putting it to use.
