The log grapple I purchased did not fit the loader on my tractor that met the specifications in the catalog. It looks like it was incorrectly welded. It should fit but it did not. I called and was told I had to file an online warranty claim. I did that Thursday, 6/9. I got a note over the weekend that it was received and would be reviewed. To date I have not seen anything more and I do not seem to have a number to call.
As of now I cannot rate anything positively. Sorry.
