After the first order of the 6 ft. pine straw rack got loss in shipment, Ms. Marjorie promptly process a reorder for this rack and I received it within a couple of days . Thanks for her assistance .
The equipment needs a stronger packaging container for shipment . The card board box was damaged very badly and lucky all items were in place .
