I like your product (Grapple) but getting my tax refunded will have a very bad taste in my mouth
I sent and was approved my tax exemption 6/10/2022 and still my tax refund hasn't showed up on my credit card as of today 6/24/2022
After numerous calls and each time being told 3 to 5 days, (kinda like your checks in the mail ) still no refund .
Give me a break, how hard is it to refund my money. Very POOR customer service !
