At this time it is of decent quality. The lock washers ! Well I didn't use them. I use a better quality ones. And the raising and lowering handles. We'll had to be revamped them as well. I put the hooks to the inside of handle. Instructions indicate to the out side. But the pin they hook to aren't long enough. And put bushings on the inside of handle and frame to sturdy the handle up. But other than that it will get the job done.
