I would like to begin by saying that I would have given 3.5 stars if I could. That being said, my first issue was the way my order was packaged and shipped. My pallet fork bracket and 42" forks were shipped via FedEx Ground. Though they arrived unharmed, I feel really bad for the poor FedEx employees that had to handle these 3 units weighing 100 lbs. Each. It just seems like shipping it via LTL would make more sense. Secondly, the forks were very difficult to attach to the frame, and almost impossible to slide.
