I bought the heavy duty pallet fork with 60” forks it was delivered on a Monday afternoon, Wednesday morning I got a email that the same unit I bought was $100.00 cheaper so I called customer service and was told it was on sale and since I had already bought mine I didn’t get the sale price. I have bought from pallet forks before but I will not buy from them again
