I have tried to give a review about the delivery from FedEx but it would not load. The only problem that I had was getting the shipping frame off of the mower. I contacted your help line and I was told that it would come off after I hooked up to my tractor, that did not happen I contacted you again for additional help. It was suggested that I use a cutoff tool, but I do not have that. I finally used a crowbar to bend the frame and it fell off. Also, the 4 arms that attach to the upper hook did not work. The picture instructions do not give any indication of how they are placed. Eventually, I did figure that out. The grease zerk for the center pully is not easy to get to once the drive shaft is in place. Had to take the drive shaft apart so that I could get to it.
