I received the Titan 42S Wood Chipper but
Problem #1: the Discharge Chute is for a larger unit so will not attach to the smaller one I have.
Problem #2: the Hopper was not aligned correctly when welded & will not line up on one side so the bolt on one side is at an angle. Plus some of the screws fell out of a torn packet and are missing.
Took photos to show customer service and will see how quickly this is resolved.
