When I placed the order, it said I would receive a 10% discount for signing up with my email address. However, it didn’t provide that discount at checkout. It also said that all products shipped for free. However, when I got to the checkout, it was charging me $50 for shipping. I called in and they waived the shipping but told me that I couldn’t have the discount because the price was already discounted. I went ahead and ordered the part without the promise 10% discount but with free freight. Before it arrived I received an email indicating the price had dropped by $72. I called in and asked for the discounted price in the email they had sent me. They put me on hold for a couple minutes then returned and was told me it had been more than 24 hours since I ordered the part so I couldn’t have the discount. I haven’t tried out the bucket yet, but I have a pretty bad taste in my mouth or the purchase experience. This was not my first purchase from Titan but it just may be the last!
