I received the product. It looks like everything is there. Not yet assembled because 1.) zero written instructions in box, 2.) finally found and printed the manual on your website, but even it is missing some pages and finally 3.) all of the small parts and fasteners (maybe 150 parts) are not labeled or identified but were all just thrown in together into one giant baggie.
