The product, for the most part, arrived in good shape. It would be much easier for assembly of the product if you separated the bolts into individual bags instead of putting all the different sizes into one bag. The majority of the bolts are close in size, and time has to be spent trying to sort the bolts before you can begin to put the product together. Dealing with FedEx freight prior to delivery was a challenge. The shipper didn't deliver the product until a week after the scheduled delivery date. Minimal correspondence, and un able to track the product in the FedEx website.
