I appreciated the quick delivery of my grapple. Two problems: 1) One grease fitting was missing and the other two were not even finger tight. When I called to have a grease fitting shipped to me, I was told that you didn't have any in stock and that I should go the store and buy one. I have heard other people say the same thing about missing zerk fittings. This is a quality control issue that should be addressed. 2) The grapple was delivered with 1/2 inch quick connect fittings and my John Deere 300cx loader has 1/4" fittings. I didn't have the option when ordering for the 1/4" fittings so I had to do a lot of searching and pay about $100. for the quick connect coupler and adapters to make it work. Other than that, I think the quality is decent. I do a lot of welding and I think a little work on eliminating weld spatter would be a nice touch. Just saying.
