The Grapple itself is fine…I am just disappointed with the support . I called and spoke to a support person after the grapple arrived with questions about tips or suggestions regarding how to mount this to my tractor bucket. This person was “useless as tits on a boar hog”….they sent a video link which was also useless in answering questions about how to mount this
