We had a big fire on July 4th, the morning after I ordered the bucket. I called to cancel my order, and your support person said it was taken care of. She said sh’d put a stop on the shipping, so don’t worry if I see a shipping tracking email. But don’t worry, it’s cancelled.
The bucket showed up anyway. I am not happy, I needed that money to make fire damage repairs. You let me down!
