Have not used product yet. The journey to get delivery was terrible. Absolutely poor service and communication from FedEx. Took almost 2 weeks for the frame and the 2 forks to arrive.
Shipped on 3 separate tracking #. The frame was received first and placed on the concrete in front of my garage. One fork was delivered a day later, the driver placed it on my just refinished mahogany deck. The deck is now dented and scratched. After calling Titan multiple times I spoke with Chelsea to advise that the tracking on the second fork indicated that it had not moved in 7 days. Asked Chelsea to send replacement fork. Asked for expedited delivery told not possible !
7 days later the original missing fork was delivered. A few days later FedEx attempted to deliver the replacement fork, I refused the shipment.
FedEx is having major issues with their communication with the destined customer !!
I far prefer UPS !! In addition FedEx Ground has destroyed the gutters they have hit multiple times while backing up on my garage.
