delivery was prompt but I was confused as to why it was partially delivered and was fully delivered a week later. This was professionally explained by customer support. The other issue was over my tax exempt status, which was partially due to my computer ignorance. I think the issue has been resolved and hopefully, my credit card will be reimbursed. I haven't used the tool yet but so far I would consider continuing shoping with Titan products
