The ordering process was easy and included shipping with the price was appreciated. The 4in1 bucket seems built well but time will tell how durable it is. The shipping was ok, with the bucket in a metal crate but the while metal wire used to hold the bucket to the crate was inadequate and it broke during shipping allowing the bucket to shift in the crate but no damage to the bucket. One big problem is the hydraulic lines were installed backwards on one of the cylinders. This caused one cylinder to stroke out while the other tried to stroke in when actuated putting the bucket in a bind. I fixed this myself by swapping the hydraulic lines on one side of the distribution block on the back of the bucket.
