The ordering process and getting the product to shipping was quick but your delivery service let you down. The rack showed up in a matter of a couple of days (on time) but the tines didn't arrive until 3 days later (which isn't horrible). It was just a bit nerve-racking because I've had issues like this before (not with Titan Attachments) and the product never arrives. The tracking was sketchy and not updated appropriately (it showed only one tine being delivered until almost the time of delivery).
