Nice products, poor logistics. I am pleased with the quality of forks purchased. However, the pair of forks I bought were split into two shipments. They both left the same location but arrived over a week apart having taken different routes. Although customer service was communicative I was less than satisfied with splitting the orders and the repeated estimated delivery and delay notifications.
