Easy ordering and communication before ordering. But Fedex is not appreciated. Also my questions at your place to prepare for the reception have only been partially answered. No picture of the package before shipping, then fedex never contacted us for an appointment despite us being on their files for email sms and calls... Last day their tracking page was unavailable.. Finally when they came, by surprise, they asked $135 to use the hydraulic lift to unload the pallet. . . The worst carier.
