There were two quality issues when I received my ballast box. One of the holes for the mounting pins was not drilled all the way through. Fortunately, I had a big enough drill bit to complete the hole. The other issue is mostly cosmetic; the top of one side of the track for the door was bent outward at a 90 degree angle. There is enough undamaged track that the door functions normally.
Shipping and delivery were very fast. Other than the two items mentioned, the ballast box works well.
