I got what I paid for. However, it was tough trying to reach someone or communicate to a person other than email. My order was received in a timely manner and it was as ordered. The only "issue" I have had has been getting a follow up about the rubber caps that come on the upright portion of the back end of the forks. They are installed by the company and do not travel well. I was hoping to get a replacement pair/set so as to help eliminate mice from getting in and building nests. I have solved the problem but it would have been nice to just receive a pair after having sent an email with pictures. Otherwise I have something that will hopefully last for many years to come.
