The fork frame is great. Zero complaints. Fedex service was extremely bad. Quite literally,I received "out for delivery" notification 5 days in a row, Fedex pulled into my driveway 5 days in a row, then I got a "delivery exception" message. Called Titan customer service twice. They did what they could, but Fedex screwed up what would have been a very good experience.
