Overall a good product experience, two opportunities for improvement: - Checking the status of my order it showed "New" even after I received e-mails that it had been shipped. This can cause uncertainty as to what the actual status is. - The forks were delivered in two separate boxes. The first box with the forks was extremely well packaged, including foam to protect the forks during shipping. The second box with the SSQA was not even close to the first. Cardboard covered most of it, but there were three areas that the cardboard didn't cover at all. It didn't look like the cardboard had torn, instead, those simply were not covered to begin with. I understand that forks are for heavy usage and while they will get scratches and other marks from usage, but it would be nice for them to be unmarked when received new.
