Very good experience dealing with customer service after my pallet fork frame bent. I still question the quality of the product since it bent, but the price point versus the other options is worth it. Other than that, I have been very happy with my forks and frame for the 1025r. The 36” forks are very heavy and didn’t bend at all. The 3000lb fork frame is what bent where the bottom of the forks slide over. I had a pleasant experience when I contacted them. I sent them a few pictures and they agreed to send me a new frame. I will say that first they offered to send me like $40 for my trouble if I I could hammer out the bend. When I said that I didn’t believe that would solve the problem, they replaced the frame. I printed off the return label they sent and had FedEx pick up the return. I haven’t mounted the forks on the new frame yet. I will also say that the paint on the new fork frame is really scratched, but I have experienced that it gets beat up quickly during use anyway.
