I would give the ballast box itself 5 stars. Seems to be quality construction and came as advertised. The loss of a star is due to the packaging and how beat up the box came to my door. The cardboard and plastic was ripped and shredded exposing the box which resulted in the paint being scraped, chipped, and worn off in many areas.
