We purchased a hay spear frame with 42" main spear and two 15" side spears.
We were given single shipment tracking number. The frame arrived, without the spears. Naturally, I thought the shipment had a problem. When I called, I was told it is normal practice to send the spears separately.
Then tell me that up front and give me both shipping numbers to track!
