The sale went well. In about 3 minutes they had my credit card information and address and everything was done. Yesterday I called to ask how to reverse the drive motor, was on hold for 20 minutes with a lady,finally had to hang up. Called back later in the afternoon got the same lady and another 20 minutes on hold, she finally came back with no answer. She said she would get back to me but still haven't heard anything. I do believe that a company your size should have tec support people knowledgeable enough to know how to reverse the direction of a hydraulic motor. Very disappointed.
