I can't really comment yet on how you did, because I have not received the stump bucket I ordered. Supposedly, it will arrive on 8/8. I will give you 3 stars for now. One thing I will say is the tracking system is definitely terrible. It says nothing useful and also says untrue things, as you have experienced yourselves, based on this request for feedback. :)
